About Our Classes

Our classes will help you find balance in mind, body, and spirit. We hope you’ll leave the class feeling lighter, brighter, and rejuvenated. 

Our Focus:

  1. Embracing Where You Are. We know wellness is not one-size-fits-all. Our goal is to leave you feeling uplifted and encouraged. 

  2. Individual Attention. Even in our group classes, the teacher will provide personalized attention and adjustments (if desired.) Let the teacher know of any injuries, feel free to ask questions before or after class, and let us know if you are new to yoga, so we can better support you.

  3. More Than Just Asana. Yes, our upbeat classes will be a physical challenge and will get a satisfying sweat going, but it’s more than just the physical results for us. We incorporate digestible bits of yoga outside of asana into class; whether it be a little philosophy, breathwork, or meditation, we deliver more than just a fitness class.

Regular Classes

  • Vinyasa Flōw

    An all-levels, vinyasa-style class. Each teacher will bring their own spirit and expertise, so every class will be slightly different. Moving mindfully with breath will be the center focus of these practices. You may find yourself working towards a particular pose or moving to a theme throughout class.

  • Core Flōw

    This dynamic, core-focused vinyasa class will help you build muscles in your center that will help you stabilize and feel strong in your yoga practice. Teachers will cue breath and bandhas to bring the practitioner's focus to the energetics of their practice, while also using poses like planks and twists to create a strong physical core connection.

  • Power Hour

    Invigorate your mind and body with sun salutations and a strong standing series designed to help you build strength and release tension. In this all-levels class you will have lots of room to amplify your practice with arm balances and inversions or adapt your practice with poses that keep you close to the earth.

  • Slow Flow

    Take your time as you move slowly and mindfully through an intelligent sequence designed to get you deep into your feelings, muscles, and bones. This slow practice will help you get in tune with your breath, calm your nervous system, and leave you feeling grounded and at ease.

  • Yin

    Yin yoga is all about creating physical and mental space through long and deep holds, steady breathing, and clear intentions. This is a more challenging practice than our restorative yoga offering, as the poses are designed to deeply stretch your connective tissues, rather than to simply relax. This practice will help you increase your mobility and flexibility, particularly around your hips and spine.

  • Mindful Pilates Flōw

    Mindfulness meets movement. Classical Pilates flows with elements of vinyasa yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Come as you are, and leave feeling balanced in your body and mind.

  • Functional Flōw

    A thoughtful combination of alignment and movement. SMART (functional): structurally sound, longer holds for strength, and clear, specific instructions for steady focus.

    FLOW: breath-driven flowing sequences, building both stability and flexibility.

  • Relax and Restore

    Create physical and mental space through long and deep holds with steady breathing. This class and sequencing are designed to deeply stretch your connective tissues and also offer you fascial release and relaxation. This practice will support your joint health and mobility as well as your ability to pause and rest your mind.

Specialty Classes

  • Foundational Flōw

    New to yoga or looking to improve your alignment? This introductory class will break down several common poses, leaving you feeling more confident with your yoga practice.

  • Guided Nap (Yoga Nidra)

    Dive into the world of relaxation with this guided meditation practice. Grab a blanket and a bolster to get cozy on your mat, and prepare for total bliss. You may find that you drift in and out of a dream-like state. Yoga nidra is so good for restoring the nervous system. It's said that 20 minutes of yoga nidra equates to an hour of sleep.

  • Flex Flōw

    Get ready to move, shake, sweat, and smile! While we build upon the fundamentals of a traditional asana class, this class is set to upbeat music and incorporates energetic dance movements, kundalini spiral intensive core work and high intensity interval training (HIIT.) Flowing to the beat, we focus on strengthening and stabilizing ourselves while bringing awareness to our breath (pranayama.)

  • CoFlōw

    Inspired by our coworking space upstairs, this class is tailored to those who work a desk job. Focused on aligned posture and select muscle strengthening, this class will ease tension and leave you feeling a little taller.

  • Private Session

    Book a private session for yourself or for a small group and receive personalized instruction from your teacher of choice. Work on a new skill, learn to modify your flow for an injury or condition, or simply strengthen your everyday practice. Contact us for booking.
